Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

A cookie is a small file stored in your browser when you visit a website. BudoDesk uses two kinds: strictly necessary (technical) cookies, required for the application to work, and, only on the public website, an optional analytics cookie to measure visits and how they're browsed — the latter is only set if you accept it.

Cookies we use

CookiePurposeDurationType
sb-*-auth-tokenKeeps you signed inUntil you sign out or it expiresStrictly necessary
ph_*Measures visits and conversion on the public website, including session recordings and click maps (PostHog, EU servers)Up to 1 yearAnalytics (optional, with your consent)

Because it's strictly necessary for the service to work, the session cookie doesn't require your prior consent (under cookie/GDPR rules) — only the obligation to inform you, which is what this page does.

Analytics cookies

We use PostHog (with servers in the European Union) only on the homepage, the FAQ page, and the club sign-up form, to see how many people visit the website, try the demo, and complete sign-up. If you accept the analytics cookie, we also record how you navigate those pages (clicks, scrolling) and record the session so we can review the real browsing experience — any password you type is automatically masked and never stored in these recordings. It's never enabled inside the club's management panel and never analyzes member activity. It's only set if you accept the analytics cookie in the banner shown on arrival; you can reject it or change your decision at any time.

You can accept or reject the analytics cookie at any time.
